Aztec Attack
Welcome everybody to my Blog! This is my first official post, and for a moment as special as this,the dress I'm wearing above is fitting. This is one of my favorite dresses I snagged from Macy's. First time I saw this dress, it immediately captured my attention because of all the GORGEOUS details, cuts, and colors that make this dress what it is. The best part is this dress was originally about 80 or 90 bucks, and I got it for $15.00.Go me. Anyway thanks for reading, and make sure you check back for more posts!

So, I was walking by this store in the mall that I HATE ( They grill the shit out of you whenever you shop) and I came across this awesome, flowey top. I went home and tried to style it up with a couple things, and as I was digging in my dresser, I came upon my polka dot skirt. I thought it might be a bit odd with the top but somehow complement each other and ALAKAZAM, thats how I got this. The thing I love best about this shirt is how the sleeve hole is cut really long, so you can show off a cute bandeau top, or get creative and add peaks of color to it for awesome contrast with the black & White stripes. Putting together unexpected pieces is one of my favorite parts of fashion. When I first saw this awesome T-shirt I already knew I wanted to give it some sparkle with a nice gold statement necklace. The gold really creates a nice contrast with the green in the shirt, which was exactly what I was aiming for, hehe :) When I was in my room brainstorming outfits, and I finally came up with this one I just squealed and clapped like a little girl ( normal behavior for me) because I was so excited that I had something to share with you guys. Today is a red, white, and blue day, which means, HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY! This might be one of my favorite holidays..behind Christmas just because of how much fun it is. This is a day where its warm out so you can do more than just stay in doors and eat. It's a time for family AND friends,not to mention there's so much to do like house hop from cookout,to cookout, go swimming, see fireworks( my favorite) its the best.This outfit represents all of that! Not only do I love this outfit but its a favorite among my friends as well,I always get tons on compliments when I wear it.. The color scheme is really festive and matches the occasion (Clearly) and its just really cute and fun..especially the polka dots. So today was probably one of the HOTTEST days of the summer because unfortunatley I live in a part of the country that is experiencing the summer heat wave (Supposed to be in the 90's this whole week). So excuse me if I look a bit shiny due to all my sweating. Even though it was burning outside today, this was the perfect outfit to keep me cool. This long, light and breezy skirt, paired with this cute and short crop top was a must for today. | So not that long ago I took a trip down to Texas and It was so awesome...and also extremely hot!
